Homes Real Estate Ltd U.K is always looking to expand to other countries. The location of any project is the first thing we consider. In the case of Ramada Ajyad Tower Project, Saudi Arabia, for which we are the sole international marketing agents, we believe this to be the ultimate location for a Muslim investor or a pious person wishing to reside close to Al Masjid Al Harram. The project is expected to be completed in January 2008 (Muharram 1429).
The term of agreement is 20 years (lease hold) per Islamic calendar and only for 10 months per year. (1st Muharram until 30th Shawwal).
The two months from 1st Zul-Quadah to the end of Zul-Hijjah are excluded from the contract. The month of Ramadan IS included in the contract.
Anyone wishing to include the months of Zul-Quadah and Zul-Hijjah can do so, but the cost of the suite will almost be doubled.
